NHS PathWays

Visualisation of data flows for the NHS Toolbox

NHS PathWays is an add-on programme for the NHS Toolbox. NHS PathWays displays patient pathways between clinics and follow-up centres based on data exported from PATHTRACK® and information about the submitters from the NHS Toolbox as a horizontal Sankey diagram.

Each column represents a visit stage.

Rectangles represent senders; connections show patient flows between successive stages. Thicker connections represent larger flows.

The programme is free of charge. The available languages are German, English, Spanish, French, Russian, Iranian and Arabic.
